Most "IT problems" trace back to bad infrastructure. Slow Wi-Fi, mystery cables, half-installed cameras, racks no one wants to touch. We come in, plan the work end to end, install with proper hardware, and leave behind documentation so the next person who walks in front of the rack knows exactly what they're looking at.
- Networks and Wi-Fi. Business-grade routers, switches, firewalls, and access points planned for actual coverage and segmented for guests, IoT, and staff.
- Cabling and racks. Cat6, Cat6a, and fiber runs with patch panels, labeled jacks, server racks, UPS units, and cable management you'll be glad to look at later.
- Cameras and access. IP camera systems, NVR or cloud recording, and connected access control for doors and shared spaces.
Every install starts with a walkthrough. We measure the space, talk through how the team actually moves through it, and recommend gear that matches the budget. No oversold enterprise stack, no consumer gear pretending to be business-grade.
From plan to power-on
Bigger projects get a phased plan: site survey, gear list and quote, install schedule, and a tested cutover. Smaller projects skip the ceremony and just get done. Either way, you get a single point of contact, clear timelines, and a system that works the day we leave.

Once it's running, we hand over a documentation packet: rack diagram, IP/VLAN layout, access credentials, vendor contacts, and warranty info. If we maintain the system going forward, that doc set stays current. If you bring in someone else, they have everything they need on day one.

Infrastructure is the layer you only touch when something is broken — which means it should rarely need touching. We pick gear with strong vendor support, sensible warranties, and firmware paths we can patch without surprises. Failures are inevitable; recoveries should be boring.
If you want ongoing care after the install, our Support plans cover monitoring, patching, and on-site visits. If you'd rather we hand it off and step back, we'll document everything and stay on call for the first 30 days at no charge.
